Bel Air Soho legal complaint

Bel Air Soho legal complaint

Soho Condominium Corporation (Makati) is the official name not to be confused with Soho Central Condominium Corporation (Mandaluyong).

From time to time I will post news from the other Century Properties condominium projects due to our common origin and Unit Owners' goals.

The following images are from the first and last pages of the complaint.  You may view the full legal complaint filed at the Regional Trial Court in Makati in either Word .doc and Adobe .pdf formats.

Click here for Word .doc or Adobe .pdf to read the body of the complaint.

  2. While there have been decisions and orders made and delivered, I believe there are still issues not least of which was the condition of the building and office upon takeover by a new Board and Unit Owners. Yes, it gets complicated. I would suggest you see the complaint and contact Atty. Claire Castro or you may try contacting Iris Sunga who is a Unit Owner and on the Board.
