(original web post 01/26/13):  I was sent three text messages about Makati Prime Tower. After reading these messages, I have questions.

Is Makati Prime Tower the first project of Century Properties?

Does Century Properties Management, Inc. manage the building; and if so, have they managed since their turnover?

Have their premises deteriorated due to issues that would bring the authorities to investigate if exposed?

Has their Board ever shown a financial statement? If not, why not?

Have the Unit Owners filed a case? If so, to what government authority has a case been filed?

Has a beautification process begun there since the filing of a case if any?

Is there a murky pool, poor maintenance, and other neglected services?

Is the case ongoing with their Board using member (Unit Owner) dues and interest?

Has Pacific Star aged swiftly due to budget used for unknown purposes?

Has Makati Prime deteriorated as if it were 25 years old?

Is there poor management and poor maintenance?

Does anyone know if monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements were posted showing where all the money goes? Are the Board meetings open? Have all documents been opened to the Unit Owners?

Are employees underpaid and overloaded with work?
