More Cracks

More Cracks

And have the insurance companies been contacted?

Has the builder been made fully aware?

(I will have more to say about a comment from them.)

I was on the 4th floor the other day and I saw a shopping cart bring several bags on cement into the first unit in the Mayflower tower.  Why?  My question was answered a few days later.

It seems that no one from Century Properties Management Inc (CPMI) or the unelected Directors of the Board of the Soho Central Condominium Corporation (SCCC) cared to inform the property manager of the large balconies or the garbage on them or the cracks.

Garbage litters those very large 4th floor Mayflower balconies since many above seem to think that their garbage belongs there.  Those Unit Owners have also been denied awnings in the past.  But, a plan for awnings may finally be completed and those Unit Owners will have some little protection from the purposely thrown debris from above.  Yes, they pay per square meter for that area and are denied its use and must attend to the endless stream of garbage.

Yes, photos of garbage and butts and even buckets tossed.  Why?

More picks taken today (04/29/13)

The cracks are being repaired but is it being done correctly?  Have cracks on the roofs of both towers been done correctly?  We had been unable to see the roofs recently since the doors in the stairwells were locked.  Hmm?  This would be an illegal act in other jurisdictions due to cutting off of an escape.

I have now seen many photos of cracks and repairs being made at South of Market (SOMA) in Taguig.  It seems we share another problem.

PS  Well, I thought why keep the annoying information I had heard for later.  As to the question of being fully aware, I have just heard that a principal of Century Properties said that they are not aware of what is going on.  WHAT!  I have known who is close and owns stock in the company so do not tell me that close associates have said nothing.  Do not tell me that the forums are not read daily since I have heard that they have been read frequently and commented on, too.  Do not tell me such nonsense since I just received a clear explanation as to the micromanaging of the company and how expertise has dropped as a consequence.  Time for a change since our property is being devalued.
