Audited Financial Statements & Reports for Soho Central Condominium Corporation

 

 

To All those with an interest in a change for the better:

 

We have begun the process to evaluate and post all that we may discover and question in the statements.  Of course, there are the books; but given the barriers to information in violation of Section 74 of the Corporation Code, we will start with these.  The following are links to what we have done so far.  There are links to the Audited Financial Statements on the right side of the blog page for years 2009-2010, 2011 and 2012.  Last year's statement will be available after the required filing date in April.

 

I ask that if anyone knows accountants who may wish to review and give tips, we will appreciate the assistance.  In fact, perhaps it would be a good exercise for an accounting class in auditing to make judgments as to just the statements and reports for deficiencies.
