Passenger Elevator Number 3 (PE3) Falls like non-amusement ride

BREAKING NEWS UPDATE (05/23/14):  Ryan has spoken to someone that was in the elevator at ~8AM the same morning before he and another passenger had their falls.  The person was in the elevator with 4 other people when it was stuck.  So why was this not mentioned when the falls took place for him?  Why was the elevator not taken offline?  Why was this not mentioned when he filed a complaint?  There are so many questions and so many issues and problems in the this building that once a legally elected Board is convened it may take 1-2 years to sort everything out while getting this building to where it should be.

Then when going back to the lobby for some photos, I commented on the elevator running once again.  I asked how it could be fixed so quickly.  We were told that it was being tested.  The elevator came down to the lobby and when the door opened not only were there employees from the elevator company but a passenger!  Was the passenger a test subject?  Who is running this place?

Here is an enlarged complaint form for those that need it for the many issues here:  Soho Central Complain Form.

Here is an interesting memo.  I know we here in residence at Soho Central have seen these and some of us even manage a grin between the tears of laughter.  Look carefully at the date that PE3 was scheduled for maintenance on May 21.  Yesterday was May 22.  As I wrote in a previous post, the subject of the circular should be, ELEVATORS MONTHLY PREVENTIVE OR MINIMAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES.  See previous post:  http://sohocentralcondominium.blogspot.com/2014/05/just-another-monthly-elevator.html

This is the condition we suffer with as far as the elevators.  What did we buy?  What were we promised in ads that must be in compliance with Presidential Decree 957?  What have we gotten?  What has been the result of the continual installation of the elevators since 2009 and before?  What has been action taken to legally deal with the serious safety problem?  What is going on in this building with so much kept from the Unit Owners in violation of the Corporation Code?

The contraption had been removed and then was back.

This is the elevator with the current complaint which was in operation after the problems.

This is the other elevator that was torn apart as was the service elevator.  When will the elevators ever be fully installed?  When will they be inspected?  When will they be safe?  When will we get the full and complete explanation as to what has taken place with these since the beginning?

Does that word Century refer to the other half of the developer/builder or how long it takes to complete a job?
