Elevators: Entrances' Restoration UNACCEPTABLE

The restoration of the demolished elevator entrances has been horrible. The rotten and shoddy work cannot be approved. It bring downs the value of the building and its units. Photos have been taken and more will be taken. If the entrances were constructed as they were for turnover, there is no reason why they cannot be put back to that look and condition. They look awful after being restored. Of course, the terrible appearance of many floor tiles that were also damaged as well as paint staining the floors is awful. Why proper care and time was not taken is not known.
