Place "soho central mandaluyong" in google and see the search hits with daily rates. For those of us living in the building, be extremely careful and lock your doors. If you do not have a deadbolt lock in addition to the handle lock, get one. If you never changed the locks since turnover, do so since someone has a copy of the key!!! If your unit has been rented out or used by others, change the locks.
With the daily AirB&B, security is nearly meaningless.
