Special Meeting Sat., Oct. 26 @ 7:00PM
Please read as many past posts as possible. Remember that the Residential Areas pay 65 pesos per square meter in dues and that the Commercial Areas (large part of 1st and all of 2nd and 3rd) only pay 26.5 pesos per square meter. Yes, they have had reductions! They were first reduced to 41 then to 26.5 by the Board of Directors.
Many Unit Owners want a fair and honest deal. Are we getting one?
Will there be an increase in dues for Residential Areas?
The external auditor was changed by the Board of Directors. Why were the Unit Owners who are by law members of the condominium corporation (Soho Central Condominium Corporation) denied the right to vote on such an important change?
In the recent posts to this blog, carefully read the amendments and how there is to be a severe penalty for residential unit owners late in their dues and NONE for commercial areas.
In another recent post referring to a past quarterly report read the quote and ask yourself why certain Directors of the Board are still on the Board. Is it true Words are BS, Actions Count? Where is the action promised? Members meet very seldom as arranged, time to demand removal. August is past and action is needed as stated and signed.
I would ask all members to take a careful look at the annual financial statement. So much is kept from us so when they do give us some piddling amount of information we must care for it. There are some curious things in the statement and one item is glaring. Yes, the statement is prepared, printed and signed. Now is time to ask what, where, how and who.
