News on Soho Central?

Yes, I had taken a break for other matters but am back.  I will be working on past posts that need to be completed and will continue with new postings.  There is also material to scan.  Has anyone seen the work on the elevators?  Yes, work long overdue but I am not hopeful.  They are tearing apart the elevator doorway on the 35th floor - photos will follow.

Are the elevators safe?  I had heard that such a question was raised and the reply was not very good.  We need the elevators inspected by the government.  Ryan was in a falling elevator and filed a complaint.  As for us, if we are injured serious legal matters will ensue.  This major problem along with so much else has an impact on the value of the units and building.  Who is responsible?

What we need are complete explanations, open accounting books and contracts supplied as requested.  Too much is hidden from Unit Owners.  The private and secret meetings must end.  A full and complete explanation as to when and where all contacts & policies were approved needs the light of day.  All contracts and policies from turnover onward.  The hidden records must end.
