Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

NEWSFLASH:  Gutter with metal grill cover being constructed

I had been out most of the day and had not gone to see developments at the Great Wall of Soho Central.  Tonight when going outside I saw a great white light and was wondering what was going on with the wall.  Upon closer inspection, I saw a gutter and metal grill as I had suggested here on the blog being constructed.  Imagine all this wasted energy, time and money due to the Board of Assumed Directors having private & secret meetings.  Openness and transparency would have avoided this since Unit Owners could have explained to two of the sides of the three-sided Assumed Directors the most rational manner to resolve the issue.

I have taken a few photos but the light from the torch and darkness does not allow for good photos.  I will take more tomorrow.

Question is now, is the drain deep enough?  It seems wide enough.  Will the metal grill be properly fitted so walking is not a problem?  I gave up on trusting developers.  This needs inspection by as many Unit Owners as possible.

Then after inspection and in the words of Ronald Reagan, I suppose, tear down that wall.

But, this is just another mess that should not have taken place with backwards action and more bad marks for the Assumed Board and neighbor who also has seats on our unelected Assumed Board of Directors.
