(Mind the Gap)

At the blog I had written the following about the gap with the attached photos to this post: "This is the dividing line between the buildings. If you go and take a look you will notice a gap with a cover on the sidewalk. Also look between the buildings and see all the garbage left after construction. What possible effect will this have if any? Also, see how the gap between the buildings proceeding through the sidewalk then goes to the ridiculous gutter. Hmm, would water come from behind the buildings and the gap and then enter out to the frontage? What will the result be? Many questions. The consistent problem is private & secret Board meetings. When will transparency and openness be the rule?"
Guess what is there now? They have placed a board to hide the gap. How will the boards and other materials (metal?) impact both buildings? Is there a report on this for our unelected Board of Assumed Directors? Reminds me of something that was done at South of Market (SOMA) a Unit Owner told me about when something was seen and being commented upon.

Here is the board placed after the photos above hiding the gap and all that it contains.
