New Rule for Buying:  Earthquake fault lines and building

This rule will be added to the Rules for Buying Condo Units in the Philippines.

This is copied from a post.  Remember the articles a few years ago on liquefaction and the mapping showing areas such as the Fort.  What was done?  Were buildings improved?  Were current buildings retrofitted?  Were there follow-up reports?  Do I need to tell anyone the answers to these questions?

They had better hurry and build more since they knew all this and allowed the building anyway. Build more to make a bigger impact.

You could not have planned a better disaster.

Property values may drop when areas are now known.
