We are Unit Owners at Soho Central Condominium Corporation's building, a project of Century Properties Inc. from a joint venture of Meridien Development and Greenfield Development. Unit Owners have been unable to witness decisions being made with our money at private board meetings.

QUESTION: Is Stonewall Central a better name for the property?
Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

Many posts are still issues and need to be read once again. At this main hub of postings watch for new posts and updates. Please get involved by spreading the word as to the issues here. Century Properties' memo and email message: More than anyone bargained for
The attached message and memo, in my humble opinion, shows a very ill attitude towards Unit Owners and gives the impression that those looking for contact information and engaging others in a class action lawsuit are doing something wrong.
Of course, the funny part is that Century was so concerned about knowledge of Unit Owner contact information getting into the hands of others they then expose all the 1,896 email addresses in To: not placing them in Bcc: as they should have. Now many have gotten all the addresses.
Also, we have suspected and now have overheard unit owners talking about lawsuits. Has anyone else heard such talk? Gramercy with such contact information exposed may be poised for a well attended to suit. What of Soho Central? Can we afford to leave Bel-Air Soho as the only property to gain freedom?
