Makati Condominium Corporation Follows Corporate Code Section 74

Below are copies of posted documents that were given to a Unit Owner upon request.  Yes, this condominium corporation followed the law.  So why do not all condominium corporations follow the Corporation Code?  What is or are the reasons?  Why not be open with the members, Unit Owners, of the condominium corporation as required?  Please comment to this post with your theories.  The copies were redacted by the Unit Owner.





Here is an interesting warning from the Makati Commercial Estate Association, Inc. from their newsletter.  Can you imagine your developer/builder making such a recommendation?  I know that smiles and wonderful words, spoken & written, for buyers are followed after turnover with "did you read the contract and other fine print."
