A Partial State of Awfulness on the 35th Floor
(Yes, I will take photos of the other floors. If you want your floor done sooner, let me know.)
This separation or crack appears near the end of the Shaw Tower hallway.
The door to the utility room punched a hole in the wall. We only hope that it is fixed better than holes we have seen patched in the past in the hallway walls.
This door fixture was removed allowing for the door to slam into the wall which is not good for unit owners.
Cracking on the walls near the elevators.
This indicator light has always slid into the fixture but no care or concern for this is apparent.
This is just more of the rotten restoration work. Again, if the entrances were done properly the first time, no reason the same cannot be done now. The question is why is this not taking place?
This is that crack from floor to floor near the elevator going to the Mayflower tower. This one has a poor patch job.
This is another crack on the other side of the window.
This is moulding with some sort of problem near a water cabinet.
