Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

Many posts are still issues and need to be read once again. At this main hub of postings watch for new posts and updates. Please get involved by spreading the word as to the issues here. We must document all that is taking place. Many documents need retrieval and assistance is needed in getting them scanned and posted.

(original web post 11/09/12):  Some may have noticed that Minutes have been posted on the 4th floor bulletin board near the entrance to the pool area. Of course, these are now being posted due to the many months Ryan and I have requested and then complained about the difficulty in getting the Minutes. Why the secrecy? We asked about this during the Annual Meeting and still no answers.

We still need copies for scanning and posting online and once again they are giving us a hard time. They first gave us Minutes for April 2012 and then did not give us the others. Once again we had to complain and now they charge for the copies. Yes, charge.

Their reason for charging is that many Unit Owners are asking for various copies. I am not sure what copies; but if the requests are for copies of the Master Deed and other such documents, we once again are flipping the bill for Meridien aka Century Properties.

Today, we have finally gotten what are supposed to be all the copies of Minutes for all meetings so far in 2012. I was told that a meeting took place last night. We were not given Resolutions as we had been given for 2009 & 2010.

Where are the Minutes and Resolutions for 2011? Why are these being hidden from us? These were among all the Minutes & Resolutions requested over many months.

We will post these with the other Minutes & Resolutions given to us previously. Yes, the mismanagement does not care about the Unit Owners who are not in the area. Neither does the Board.

Why were all the games played with us in the past and even now? These games may be coming to an end with the bulletin board postings but they still deny Unit Owners out of the area a chance to see the Minutes & Resolutions. Why this game? I was told they want to tire us out. NO CHANCE!!!

For those able to and before I scan post the Minutes to the message cited above, read the Minutes for this year's Annual Meeting especially near the end. I will be commenting on the insinuations and perhaps lie.
