Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

Many posts are still issues and need to be read once again. At this main hub of postings watch for new posts and updates. Please get involved by spreading the word as to the issues here. Whose Law Firm?

WHOSE LAW FIRM?


(original web post 11/23/12):  Soho Central Condominium Corporation is legally represented by Cayanga, Zuniga & Angel. SCCC is our building as Unit Owners. The law firm was approved by the Board not voted in by us and announced in the Minutes of April 16, 2012. It is only recently we were able to get the Minutes after months of requests and arguments. Minutes are still being denied to us from other meetings.

Who are Cayanga, Zuniga & Angel? What are their interests? Who else do they represent and what other companies are members a part of? Below is a copy of Meridien's SEC filing. Meridien's not SCCC's.

Would someone clearly explain to me what is going here? What is this building and the unelected Board all about? How does a law firm with members with Meridien represent the interests of Unit Owners for Soho Central Condominium Corporation? Since all Board meetings are closed and secret, Unit Owners may not ask questions. Century Properties Management, Inc. on the 4th floor never has answers and refers to the Board. But, letters to the Board take months, if ever, to be answered.

What is going on?
