The Fantasy Vision

Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

And, if the above is not enough and you need elevated blood pressure, here is the project's brochure.

Many posts are still issues and need to be read once again. At this main hub of postings watch for new posts and updates. Please get involved by spreading the word as to the issues here. We must document all that is taking place. Many documents need retrieval and assistance is needed in getting them scanned and posted.

Greenfield's Twin Oaks sales & fliers

Greenfield's Twin Oaks sales & fliers

We will not be harassed again as we were two years ago.  At that time, there were sales agents on the front steps and in front of the doors to the lobby day and night.  The last straw for me was when around 10 agents were standing outside the doors and I said this is now over.

I announced that Soho Central Condominium Corporation property was not theirs to hand out fliers.  A supervisor at the time came across the street and told me the LIE that someone had started and many believed that this is Greenfield property meaning the land.  Even to this day there are those that believe this to be true.

At that last evening of harassment, I went up and made a copy of the first three pages of the Master Deed which I read loudly at least 75 times that evening as they had a party across the street.  Two of the agents were even sent back here and one said in a very snotty tone that they had heard me read it before.  So I told them they were going to hear it again which they did several times.

After that night there were attempts to once again hand out fliers on the property but several of us confronted them and eventually they stopped.  There were also fliers placed on the concierge desk for Twin Oaks and Century Properties.  I know several Unit Owners took action since the unelected Board did nothing.  Most of the fliers were taken and appropriately filed.

About two weeks ago, I knew there was going to be a problem since sales agents were near the curb.  But they crossed the property line today and once again I had to deal with them on Soho Central property.

If you are confronted on our property, immediately tell the guards to remove the sales agents from the premises.
