The Fantasy Vision

Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

Many posts are still issues and need to be read once again. At this main hub of postings watch for new posts and updates. Please get involved by spreading the word as to the issues here. Service Elevator that Never Serves

Service Elevator that Never Serves

So much work, so much writing and so much time gone by and the service elevator still does not serve the Unit Owners.  What was written in all the material about the building when units were for sale?  Promises, promises.  What is it now, two years since the service elevator was operational?  Well, maybe not functioning all the time and maybe not safe, but operational for periods of time.

Now what we have is poorly done work and something happening in the lobby covered by the sign.  Can anyone explain what the hell is going on here with these elevators?  So many words and threats and no legal action in the courts to get what we paid for when purchasing our units.

I encourage everyone to take photos and contact your legal representatives about this and all else that is wrong in the building.  You may also contact the appropriate government agencies.
