The Fantasy Vision

Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

And, if the above is not enough and you need elevated blood pressure, here is the project's brochure.

Elevators Numbered in more bad taste

Elevators Numbered in more bad taste

Need I say that asking what the elevator numbers were during the last few years of drops was a regular occurrence.  Need I also say that guards often did not know the numbers.  Need I further say that if the elevators had inspection notices from the government numbers would be known and in the appropriate place.  But why have safe and inspected elevators.

Aside from all the misery of the elevators, we now have walls in the lobby being ruined with idiotic signs above each elevator except the service elevator.

Numbering seems to be a favorite occupation of the mismanaging of the building.  Kind of like doing all those cutouts and other such games in elementary school.  I would ask all Unit Owners to look at the numbers outside their units on the wall next to their doors.  Now let us view the first of bad taste not matching this when floor numbers and unit numbers for the Mayflower Tower were put up in the elevator lobbies on each floor adding to expense and the cost of more to clean.

Do you not love the F?  Did anyone think to match the other numbered signs.  The plaque below the F'ing floor number only demonstrates more bad taste.  Were people that lost after looking in the other direction?  Well why not spend money freely at all those private & secret Board meetings.

Now for the next on bad taste and ruin in the lobby for those Unit Owners not here.  So many surprises for all of you.  For those of us here it is like the next in a continuing volley of wasteful expense to the heart of condo unit values we suffer on the field of home investment.
