The Fantasy Vision

Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

Many posts are still issues and need to be read once again. At this main hub of postings watch for new posts and updates. Please get involved by spreading the word as to the issues here. The Sign with Two Parts


I know that many had issue with signage for the building since some had a hard time finding it.  But, be  careful what you wish for or note the details.  Since we are not permitted to see the details and treated as children not allowed to witness the Board meetings, we got the wish and perhaps extra.

The sign has the name of the building but what is that below?  Greenfield District is not a political entity such as Highway Hills or Mandaluyong.  So why the free ad on the building with their logo?

The commercial floors owned by Greenfield had originally paid 65 pesos per square meter which was lowered to 41 pesos and then to 26.5 pesos.  Residential pays 65.  So are we subsidizing the sign, large added windows on the upper front and side of the building and escalator, too?  The latter two also bring up questions about major structural changes to the building of which we were not informed as members of SCCC.

Who pays for the electrical cost of the signs?

What was the total cost?

Meridien and Greenfield were co-developers and now we have all these costs.  Who is paying?  What is going on?  Oh, that's right.  Unit Owners, members of the Soho Central Condominium Corporation, are refused open access to records and meetings.

Take note of the third photo and our building being next to Greenfield's new structure.  We give them a sign on ours; will we get a sign on theirs?

Oh, for those in the area check out the front walk and the slope and think rain and who gets runoff.  How much more will Unit Owners of Soho Central get soaked?
