BDO has OCD
We all have to be very careful with checks given to Century
Properties Management Inc since the Board controlled by the developers chose to
do banking with BDO which has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Now this started after the radio and TV shows
and hopefully it will end. Coincidence?
We gave a check for one unit’s water bill. The check was
returned since the Ryan’s penmanship was challenged by a BDO teller. Yes, Ryan
whose penmanship is like a typewriter was faulted for the upper part cross of
the t going through the upper vertical line of an h. Insane?
Ryan went to the 4th floor and brought the check to BDO and
discovered the insanity. When I had gone earlier and the 4th floor was trying
to explain I thought I had been transported to Alice in Wonderland.
BDO told Ryan that the penmanship rules are at their
website. He could not find the mentally disordered nonsense. Now I will write
the checks next month and I will personally go to the bank and have them
witness the writing so they may complain and show me the rules at the moment. I
will not give them the check but return and go to the 4th floor. They may tell
me that a teller may challenge. That is OK since I will return and we will go
through the insanity once again and that time we will video for posting.
Yes, we will document the OCD of BDO.
