We are Unit Owners at Soho Central Condominium Corporation's building, a project of Century Properties Inc. from a joint venture of Meridien Development and Greenfield Development. This blog will teach and consolidate information regarding our building. Please submit comments; and if anyone would like to meet for tea/coffee to discuss the building, please send us an email. Unit Owners have been unable to witness decisions being made with our money at private board meetings.
Plan, plan and plan some more
QUESTION: Is Stonewall Central a better name for the property?
Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.
And, if the above is not enough and you need elevated blood pressure, here is the project's brochure.
Many posts are still issues and need to be read once again. At this main hub of postings watch for new posts and updates. Please get involved by spreading the word as to the issues here. We must document all that is taking place. Many documents need retrieval and assistance is needed in getting them scanned and posted.

Bel Air Soho legal complaint
Bel Air Soho legal complaint
Soho Condominium Corporation (Makati) is the official name not to be confused with Soho Central Condominium Corporation (Mandaluyong).
From time to time I will post news from the other Century Properties condominium projects due to our common origin and Unit Owners' goals.
The following images are from the first and last pages of the complaint. You may view the full legal complaint filed at the Regional Trial Court in Makati in either Word .doc and Adobe .pdf formats.
Below are information that came from the link (Thanks) on this case, which casual readers of this blog might find useful. Note that below may contain misspellings and incorrect capitalizations.
Soho Condominium Corporation v. Jose E.B. Antonio, Yaptingchay, Ricardo P. Cuerva, Efrenilo M. Cayanga, Rufo B. Baculi, Benito A. Obra, Jr, and Robert G. Syjuco
RTC-OCC civil case no. 13-200 for: Intra-Corporate Controversy, Prayer for Issuance of Writ of Preliminary and Mandatory Injuction, Writ of Temporary Restraining Order and Damages
Feb 27, 2013
CAUSES OF ACTION
First: Unlawful Discharge of Authority
Second: Conflict of Interests and Disloyalty while acting as Directors
Third: Unlawful Act of the Defendants in Entering into Management Contract
Fourth: Abuse of Authority and Demanding for Exorbitant Fees Without Basis and Accounting
Fifth: Refusal to Furnish the Financial Statements Albeit Request of the Members
Sixth: Intentionally Not Providing Separate Meters for Electric That Further Causes the Defendants' Abuses in Cutting-off Utilities
Seventh: Failure to Turn Over the Management, Administration, the Records, and Funds of the Corporation to the Elected Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees Last August 24, 2012
Eighth: Unlawful Acts of Investing Corporate Funds in Another Corporation or Business or for any other purpose without the knowledge of the members
While there have been decisions and orders made and delivered, I believe there are still issues not least of which was the condition of the building and office upon takeover by a new Board and Unit Owners. Yes, it gets complicated. I would suggest you see the complaint and contact Atty. Claire Castro or you may try contacting Iris Sunga who is a Unit Owner and on the Board.
