The Fantasy Vision

Does everyone remember this among the wonderful ads and brochures and how about the salespeople and what they told us. I hear such fantasies continue. So after watching and remembering, cry and then laugh at the truth that is being exposed.

Many posts are still issues and need to be read once again. At this main hub of postings watch for new posts and updates. Please get involved by spreading the word as to the issues here. Beautification Campaign or Coverup?


(original web posting 02/15/13):  The elevators now have mirrors installed. While this may be nice even a Feng Shui master may say more needs to be done to protect what could be properly installed and maintained elevators.

So here is the logical order:

First, get the mechanics and safety of the elevators fixed;

Second, install emergency lighting since a stalled elevator goes completely dark;

Third, properly install new floors as I have written about before and repair that garbage work that had been done;

Fourth, install properly working fans;

Fifth, install security cameras;

Sixth, get the elevators inspected by the government and place the inspection statements in the elevators and remove the memos and advertising;

Seventh, now since the complete job was done backwards and the mirrors have been installed, have the Board of Directors clean the mirrors and let Unit Owners make sure they did a good job with at least that small task.


UPDATE (03/03/13):  The elevators have one car removed from service for a few days now joining the perpetual service elevator being out of service.  Another elevator car is positioned on the 41st floor.  When elevators are out of order they typically move to that floor and the number appears until turned off.  We have discussed the problem for many many months and I have written about it.  I had also mentioned it on the media shows.
