Possible Gym DANGER?


Is it true that a treadmill is cracked and was given a temporary quick fix due to cost?

Is it true that management was made aware and chose to do nothing?

Is it true that when the unit completely fails due to crack and/or motor that someone could fall severely damaging their body?

Is it the unit that is closest to the door?

Are the unelected Board of Directors aware of this serious issue?

When will the Unit Owners be allowed to witness the meetings and be made fully aware of the problems in this building?

Is it necessary for dozens of more posts and dozens of more letters and more interviews with the media such as TV, radio and print to get Unit Owners control and to be fully and completely aware of ALL issues in the building?
